If the Remote UI does not open, then your network is not allowing the computer and printer to communicate. If that doesn't correct the issue, or if your network doesn't separate 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz wifi, then try opening the printer's Remote UI from the computer. If it is, switch it to the 2.4 GHz connection and try printing again. Check whether your computer is connected to your network on a 5 GHz wifi connection.
